Zoom vs regular again...

Hi, I haven't searched every post but this probably has been discussed before. I would like to know from fellow players, when you say that the regular tables are better, especially for beginners, how much better are they?

I notice the players per flop are really high, but how would that translate into a much higher winrate? higher enough to compete with the higher hands per hour of zoom?

As for learning for someone starting out at PLO, I find that normal tables do allow me more time to process and think, but can be bad coz I try to get too creative and people dun really care. As for ZOOM, playing more hands equals getting into more situations and learning more as well.

Would like to know what others have experienced. Any advice welcomed
