You didn't give any stats/reads on the villain so I'm going to assume that he's pretty weak and calls too much, like much of the players at microstakes.

I think that the river is a fold, especially to what I assume is a pot sized bet (after rake?). The river card was just so bad for you hand, because it just makes it so much more likely he was calling flop and turn with qxxx and has just boated up. I expect he almost always has qkxx without spades. In my experience, microstakes villains don't like folding naked top pair to what they assume is just a standard c-bet.

It's super unlikely that he'd call with the jack high flush twice and then lead for pot on the river, he can only get called by worse and he has a hand that wins usually wins at showdown.

This is a fold that you have to make at these stakes because it's really unlikely to be bluffed in this by these types of players. 

i fold super happily. He has a boat :)

River is a fold because there are almost no hands that he could turn into a bluff except a Q that isnt a boat and has no spades. But most of his range here will be value betting and i dont think you are good often enough here to justify a call.

The only thing is that since the board paired OTT i would bet smaller not 80% of the pot maybe around 60% would be good because you still want low flushes to call.
