Got one more over here,
our opponent is one of the better regulars at zoom50, playing 26/16/5,5.
I guess preflop and flop is quite standard, however on the turn I'm not sure how to get value out of his range since I believe that this is not a card he is going to be 2nd barreling liberally (I believe he might actually check his entire range but AK here and maybe KK). With me blocking pretty much everything but no hearts I'm not sure how to get value from his range as checking doesn't accomplish much here, betting might be the better option. If so, what sizing do we want to use here?

Would rather small xr otf with this and some bluffs as well or else he'll be able to just run you over with this tiny bet too much. Ott I don't mind a small donk but probably check as a standard
bad news is that you are probably not able to get much value out of worse hands anyhow.
I would just check turn and bet river around 13$ if he checks back. If he calls you with a flush you can be sure to have extracted most value possible. Problem with a turn-lead is that you are showing a lot of strenght and threaten his entire stack by the river, so he is likely to just fold right away most bluffcatchers (like AT98 , flushes , JJxx ...).
The only alternative is basically to start c/c light with hands like KQJx besides your strong hands and then lead your entire range on this turncard to benefit from the fact of showing such stenght. This way you can also lead your trips like AQxx or AT98 and make him fold flushes right away. It would just get sticky the times he calls and you have to decide wether you follow through OTR or give up. I would probably give up most of the times with your non-Axxx hands because it becomes much more likely that he has a boat. with trips it's closer, but given he has a tight 3betting range and positions I would also give up most of the time.
Agree with all you've said, my gameplan is basically your alternative line which is floating a bit wider otf and leading this turn with range.
If I remember right I ended up betting around 12$ ott and have him quickly fold, which is what I mostly expect yet propably can't do much about it as you stated above.
