xraise, xcall or xfold on the flop?

BN: $100
SB: $112.71 (Hero)
BB: $144.36
UTG: $100.50
HJ: $151.81
CO: $68.13
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K 9 J Q
UTG raises to $3.50, HJ folds, CO calls $3.50, BN folds, Hero calls $3, BB folds
Flop ($11.50) 4 2 J (3 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $9, CO folds, Hero calls $9
Turn ($29.50) 4 2 J 7 (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $23.50, Hero folds
Final Pot
UTG wins $28.17

I have 3k hands on Villain.  Cb is 93% (should be a little bit smaller in 3way). He cbet turn in 50%. He opens UTG 16%. If he cb 100%, we have 47% against his range on the flop.

After all I think it should be a great spot to xrasie/fold. I didn't took this action because I have to do it with small sizing and frankly didn't done it before with any good hands, so I decided to think about it later and marked hand and just call.

After I check/folded the 7 turn i realized it's not very profitable to call flop, because I don't have so many clean outs, and K and Q may have reverse implied odds ( when playing against 16% range)

So folding is better than calling, but we have to strong hand to fold, especially with Ks blocker (it took away KK with flush draw from his range) so we clearly have to check raise.

But I have problem with choosing sizing with my range. Is it good to raise to 27$ and fold? or maybe I can do it cheaper, but  I give to good odds to call, when I have a good hand.

Would you guys still xraise without any flush blocker?

Thanks for responses :)
