Looking back I think I can 3-bet this hand but it plays well in high spr scenarios so I just flatted. I could have 3-bet small to build the pot still and possibly increase my chances of seeing free turns if players play in flow and donk less.

There are a few scenarios in which I can keep my range wide and put pressure on villain. Villain donks flop therefore I can assume he or she has at least 2pair. If I think this my wrap is 50/50 vs that hand but IP I can put a lot of pressure on a lot of turns. I think calling the flop and raising any spade, straight card which is a hell of a lot of cards.

What are your thoughts behind this? I don't think raising flop is too bad but on such a wet board I think it is hard for bottom 2 pair to stay in vs my raise and I narrow villains range too much on the flop.
