wrap+TP+fd multiway OOP

SB: $61.79 (Hero)
BB: $37.87
UTG: $41.45
HJ: $28.75
CO: $41.61
BN: $58.27
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 8 9 J T
UTG calls $0.50, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $2.25, Hero calls $2, BB calls $1.75, UTG calls $1.75
Flop ($9.00) 3 9 7 (4 Players)

Vs many players I would choose to reisolate preflop, but depsite the fact of being fairly unknown, villain (BTN) seemed to be on the tighter side of things. Is falling reasonable here? I felt like there was more purpose to see a flop mw with weaker player (both BB and UTG are 70 VPIP+) than heavily decreasing the SPR OOP vs a dominating/AA-heavy range.
Writing this, I feel like 3betting with the 2 superloose players in BB and UTG pretty much compeltely loses it's merit b/c I rarely will get HU and I'm not pushing an EQ advangtage, BUT if BB was tight and I expect UTG to folds mostly, would you 3bet here vs a tight BTN?

Flop: At first glance that's THE flop for my hand, but then again we are 4way. I have 48%-49% vs a random higher FD so playing this hand like that nuts might not be optimal.
In fact I played my hand very nitty by x/calling vs a potsized donkbet from BB and a coldcall from UTG which led me to believe that there is a very high chance of my FD being dominated. On the turn (Td) I folded vs a shove from BB and a fold from UTG.
