I don't have time to run numbers on how you do versus a check/raising range, but my first instinct is you don't really need to c-bet here. It's not really for value, it's not really for protection and getting a ton of money in probably isn't great. At the same time, you have a load of really cool turns which will significantly improve your hand (spades, Qs, and your straight cards). Even cooler, when you make the nuts, you will always have at least a small redraw.

However, I could well believe that if we run the math we'll discover that we can bet/get it in. What I know for absolute certain is I don't want to get myself into a spot where I have to bet/fold a hand like this.

Flop is probably a check back. Not positive on this, but in general it appears to be a spot where we don't want to get it in on the flop w/ these stacks, but bet/folding is absolutely disgusting and something I'd pretty much never be happy about.

I think w/ SPR of slightly under 10, we can probably just get it in after ch/red, though I don't think we're making as much money as we would with a flop check.

On the flop your hand vs his hand all in your equity is slightly stronger than his.
Your equity all-in: 59.33%. His equity all-in: 40.67%

However if his hand was slightly stronger like: AcKh6c4c were in bad shape.
Your equity all-in: 38.23%. His equity all-in: 61.77%

So I don't really know. At one end you stand to be a favorite, but if our opponent holds top pair now he's a huge favorite.
