When facing 4bet with AKKX - what to do?

Many times in PLO when holding AKKX (ds) in MP it is reasonable move
to 3-bet EP pre-flop raiser, but what if we get 4-bet...?
Is he "phoning" to us he holds AAXX (ds) or he holds (real) Omaha hand like QJT8 (ds)...?
Our chances are far bigger in the 2nd case ( better said: not so bad as if opponent holds 1st hand).
In great majority of spots like this one, my opponent was holding AAXX, and I lost (big) hand
in both cases: my shove or pot-pot after (dry) flop.

Ofc, we can play more cautious after flop if we are deep, but usually pot gets high in 100 BB game
in described full pot betting situation (even in 2/3 pot betting).
In tourneys - if stage is late - it is also shallow version.

What are your thoughts?

At low stakes, most guys only 4Bet AA**. Yes it sucks that we have to fold a very strong hand, but it is the correct play.

In PLO, AA**!AAA represent 2.50% of all hands. Look at his 4Bet+ After Raising Stat. If it's 10% and he is raising 20%, 10% of 20% is 2%. That means he is very likely to only be 4Betting AA**.

how about if the pure 4betting range is about 3.5%? If we have an ace in our hand then only 1.25% left for AA**. It is also interesting with deep stacks.
