fold early, fold late or dont fold at all?
btn is a good aggro reg. only flats about 10%, but prob wider now as there is a fish in the bb. btn is pretty aggro post flop, likes to raise cbets wide (hes got a raise-fold ip vs cb of 3/6, small sample but most ppl dont even raise fold that often).
decided to not cbet, because if i get raised i wont really be happy about calling/folding. if it were heads up, i might b/c but it would be easier to not fold to a raise at least :). since its 3w, if he raises, his range is probably stronger (fewer raise-folds) but he knows this board doesnt hit me very hard very often so he may still attack it even tho theres a player behind....and therefore i decided to check. he probably views me as a tight decent reg that bet folds flop a little too much. feel free to comment if you think its a mistake to check flop, and how we can avoid it or how you would proceed vs a raise.
as played, pretty easy c-c flop. dunno really what stat to apply here, but id guess that he assumes im c-fing 90%+ and the bb doesnt c-r much so he can easily bet a very wide range with impunity even tho im sure he still checks back with some medium str pair+draw. fwiw his bet ip vs mis cb is 50%, but cbet flop ip = 70%, so prob closer to the latter
we get to the turn which brings more draws and we have decent-good eq vs any aggro barreling range. should we just fold here bc we have poor visibility? how face up is my hand?
river: how close is it btw calling folding?
his agg freq by street: 46/38/30
AF: 3.3/2.1/2.5
WTSD 27/W$SD 47
what he thinks about my range: Kx+low fd/low str8 draw that may have turned more eq, perhaps something like QQJ+fd etc. we both know i dont have KT+ once i c-c turn.
