I have been playing with these guys for only past 3 days and as per my brief understanding i find them to be terrible players and huge fishes. None of these guys have a basic understanding of the game and mostly they play to get lucky.(Its good money though)
I have 2 questions.
1)Is my preflop call correct?
2) what should be my play on the flop.
The table has a minimum buy-in of 20BB.

You only have bottom 2 pairs on FD board with possible nut hand on. That's a fold especially facing big action.
Fold pre imo.
I agree it's a pretty clear fold on the flop, but is really so bad to call pre-flop with Ad7d if you expect a bunch of callers and no 3-betting? I mean, it's only one had, but this is almost like a play money table... why not call pre-flop, shove if you see two diamonds or trips, and fold everything else? If all players at the table are "playing to get lucky"--which I read to mean everyone sees the flop--then aren't hands that can draw to the nuts pretty much the only ones you don't fold preflop?
Well, he doesn't only have A7, he also has a 4 and a 2. Wheel cards are generally pretty bad. Make the 2s a 5s and it's a much better situation. That change essentially doubles the number of times he has a straight by the turn, and the straights will be a lot better. It's a pretty significant difference imo.
The thing here is that better side cards help you to even reach the turn. Or help you prevent your opponents from doing the same thing. A754 will flop significantly better combo draws than A724, and will result in much better options to either float or semi bluff raise.
If you expect a lot of callers and no 3b pre then there's nothing wrong with flatting this hand on the BTN at all imo. Huge implied odds given what you have said already about the player pool.
Flop is an easy fold. given the action your pretty much only drawing to 4 outs vs straight and your dead to 66. When a hand goes 4+way it's almost a given that someone has flopped huge.
