What to do when you're getting smashed constantly?

CO: $40.60
BN: $10 (Hero)
SB: $10.89
BB: $6.21
UTG: $11.04
HJ: $14.05
super aggro fish, he's down $200 over 300 hands which is kind of impressive.
77/64 with 58.8 3 bet.
Preflop ($0.15) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 9 7 A K
UTG raises to $0.35, HJ calls $0.35, CO folds, Hero raises to $1.55, SB calls $1.50, BB folds, UTG calls $1.20, HJ calls $1.20
would easily get stacks in here if I was 4 bet.
Flop ($6.30) T 8 J (4 Players)
SB checks, UTG checks, HJ checks, Hero bets $3.30, SB folds, UTG raises to $9.49, and is all in, HJ folds, Hero calls $5.15, and is all in
Turn ($24.24) T 8 J T (2 Players)
River ($24.24) T 8 J T 2 (2 Players)
Final Pot
UTG wins $22.04
weird that it didn't include hands at the end. He obviously had the Q993hh for the flopped nuts.
This guy donates stacks, constantly. He called off 200bb with J554ss one orbit ago.

I guess this is kind of standard stack off here? Any comments on my play please?

This kind of thing is happening a ton (flopping a great hand with 1/2 SPR and getting crushed at SD) and I'm really struggling on dealing with it. After running up a nice profit on FTP, I'm now below even.

Every time I log on I'm just thinking, how am I going to lose today? I have a negative attitude on the whole issue of poker.

Losing to people who have no idea what they are doing is the worst. I don't care about being outplayed - I take notes and learn from it. Getting stacked by fish tilts me more than anythi

I've lost AAxx vs everything pretty much, (might post them later) with most of the money going in preflop. I feel like I need a break but I know the games are so soft but I can't seem to win anymore. :(

I don't mean to sound like I'm just complaining (which I kind of am!), I just want some advice on where to go from here.

I think I'm questioning my game quite a bit and I feel like I run terribly in spots that my EV line doesn't measure, like this hand example.

Maybe in the spirit of Tom Coldwell, I should make a video and see how I run?

Any thoughts on what do to/tips, hints or whatever are much appreciated :)

Sorry if this is a bit of a ramble ;P
