He plays 79/56 3 38 % 140 Hands. Is my call ok? In position or is that Hand to Weak against a 3bet range

Why did you 3bet so small? You should be piling the money in pre-flop since you are smashing his range and folding doesn't seem to be part of his game.
In general you don't want to get all-in with a dry overpair with an SPR of 5, but if you believe he's going absolutely bonkers on the flop you may be able to get it in here. Against most people I would fold.
I 3bet so small for more room playing preflop
Your hand plays well in a low SPR situation as well. And you can put more money in preflop by 3betting pot (i.e. pushing equity). There are spots where 3betting small is a good option, but I don't think this is one of them.
just pot 3bet preflop against a villain that has such a wide opening range. You want to keep this pot HU where you'll have a significant equity edge against his range. After that the hand would just play itself. Sometimes you run into AA, but it's the correct range play.
I don't get the title of this post. OP I am only saying this as it will help other people to help you if you use the correct words. It is just a bit confusing I was expecting a completely different hand.
