Very interesting hand from 2+2. What are your thoughts?
V1: On a heater lately and playing more aggressive than normal. He's not a winning player overall and likes to give action. He will 3b and barrel light, c/r light, bluff with blockers etc. He likes to battle with me in particular since we have tons of history from the NL days.
V2: Too nitty imo but a winning player and solid overall. Doesn't get out of line much and hand reads well. He's winning atm so I don't expect him to call here too light.
V1: $2500
V2: covers
Hero: $3k
Hero opens $30 utg with QJT9, V1 calls sb, V2 calls bb.
Flop 872
both players check, hero bets $80, V1 c/r to $280, V2 calls.
Hero?
Was planning to pot/gii against V1 until V2 cold call. Is there a clear call otf or potting best? What range are you giving V2? Fwiw i'm not even sure if he has a cold 3bet flop range unless he has something really nutted like set + nfd. I'm pretty confident he's flatting his naked sets/nfd always.
