UTG "bitter or sweet" c/r jam OTT after c/c OTF

Yesterday I played this very interesting hand.
05 1 shallow 6 max ( max BI = $40), effective stacks = $140.

Hero (cca $140 stack) opened JT99 ss UTG and aggro big stack (he has cca $140) BN 3-bets (pot size to $7,5). It's HU.

FLOP ($16,5): Qd 6c 9d Hero checks, BN pots, Hero calls (I think this line is fine not having FD)
TURN($49): 3s Hero checks, BN pots and now....

I play vs QQ (I hope not, but I still have 7, if not 9 outs in that case), or vs AAQ:dd or vs KKJT:dd or vs (66+, Q978:dd type of hand)...
Villain knows I am capable of floating here, his potting does not mean he is super-strong as this can be protection bet with AAQ:dd.
Do you ever worry in spot like this one after c/r jam OTT? Would you played this hand some other way?

Thanks

Congratulations with dodging the FD, now stick with your plan. :-)
QQxx should not be a big part of his 3B range, as most of these hands play better as flats. And you have outs when that happens.

If PLO would be that easy..... ;)

edit ... meaning: Who knows whether he 3-b his AQQ min ss from BN, but I agree: he has more likely KK:dd or AA:dd... But, again - potting Flop and Turn (and he is not Isildur)!?
(Who knows R )

I was interested how would others respond to potting and what would others put my Villain on....

A strong range with high-equity hands. Most of which we beat, unless he would check back his premium draws.
