is it standard in these stacks? reasonable bluff otr. w\ ~40$ bet?
would it be 'optimal' play to shove OTT in 100bb stacks?

I think your line is fine/standard. I believe we're too deep to try to get it in on the flop here. On the river your hand is definitely too strong to bluff, I don't expect hardly any better hands to fold.
Vs a player like this I'd be suuuperhappily 4betting preflop. Playing this hand with initiative semideep IP vs a widish range has got to be very +EV.
100bb deep I would usually gii OTF except villain is 2ndbarrelbluffing a lot or bet/calling too wide OTT. His turnisizing doesn't seem very credible for sets or 2pair. If we were slightly deeper I'd still shove but 160bb would be somewhere around my threshold. Him betting this size makes me assume he is very polarized here. Betting <2/3rds pot should usually eitehr be a hand that wants calls (AA+FD e.g.) or a hand that still wants to b/f. If we stick to that shoving doesn't make too much sense since we're either toast or way ahead.
River I'd never bluff. His range is really wide so the higher 2p/sets portion isn't too big (discounted due to turnsize as well imo). Just check and take it down a lot of times.
think you played it fine, don't see any reason to bluff river. if you were up to 125ish BB deep I would probably raise flop.
