Two HU Flop spots @100bbs

Hand 1) Very first hand of the match, villain is unknown. 50 PL HU

Villain raises to 1.17, Hero 3b 8s4s7c5c to 3.51, Villain min 4bets to 5.85, Hero calls.

Flop Ac7s5s(11.70) 44.15 in stacks

Hero checks, Villain bets 7.80, Hero calls

Tu Kd(27.30) 36.50 in stacks

Hero checks, Villain pots, Hero gets it in.

So, on the flop, I felt like it was a spot where the standard is to just check/shove, expecting to have the best hand pretty often when called, and when behind I have decent equity. Getting folds from KQJ7 type stuff is always good for us, and occasionally he bet/calls it off w/ bare Axxx rundowns and we're in pretty nice shape.

However, I thought that on this texture, it might be better for me to play a lot of my made hands by check/calling, hoping to get shoves from hands like KQJT or w/e on turns where they pick up some more equity, but are still pretty significant dogs to my hand. Additionally, when he does have a better hand than mine, my equity on the turn stays relatively constant(I'm 36% vs AA** on flop and 35% on most turns) so I'm pretty certain I can continue on pretty much any turn card aside from an ace.

I guess the main question for this hand is: Does allowing him to realize his equity in order for us to to max vs the weaker portions of his range that shove turn outweigh the times he improves his equity and we get it in w/ meh equity or he decides to check back the turn and see a free river?

Hand 2)

50 PLO HU Eff stacks 95bb's

Villain is playing pretty solid so far. This is his 1st 3bet of the match over 10 hands or so. The only dynamic as of now is I've been ch/ring his flop c-bets very frequently and so far he has just been folding to my ch/r's and has kept his c-bet freq pretty high.

Hero raises Kd3dQc7c to 1.50, Villain 3bets to 4.50, Hero calls

Flop Jh3s2c(9.00) 43.00 in stacks

Villain bets 6.00, Hero?

So, Vs AA** I'm 39%, vs QJT9 w/ bdfd I'm 32%, KK98 bdfd I'm 36%. I have experimented w/ jamming here, but I think this combo might be a tad too weak? I think w/ 2 bdfd's, or with a gutter I'd be shoving pretty happily.

If I call, I'm only picking up enough equity on 45% of turns vs AA**(and a lot less vs KK** and most of his Jxxx combos), and I'm not sure I really have many bluff opportunities given I think I'm perceived to be jamming a lot of my low straight draw combos. I suppose the times I do get to steal turn will be when he 3bets a hand like AKQ7 and bets flop, ch/f an offsuit 8 turn or something.

I'd be slightly surprised if this is a fold @ 100bb's since it seems like we have plenty of equity to call getting 2.5-1 on the flop, but I suppose if we're only realizing that equity to the river on 35-40% or so of turns, it might not be frequent enough to justify the call.

Thoughts?
