Turning "SD" hand into bluff

BN: $228.25 (Hero)
SB: $184
BB: $261.41
UTG: $192.49
HJ: $213.21
CO: $278.21
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 6 T A 8
UTG raises to $6, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero calls $6, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($15.00) T 7 9 (2 Players)
UTG bets $10, Hero calls $10
Turn ($35.00) T 7 9 K (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $24, UTG folds
Final Pot
Hero wins $33.42

Question: Is this a good spot to turn my hand into bluff?

Reads: Reg, opens 17% UTG, high cbet %, and notes indicate that just bets a lot (and doesn't mind bet folding for large amounts)

Thoughts:

My range contains very few hands that have little SD value (so I don't think he thinks that I will be bluffing here too often, I am not sure of this though).

I have a lot of Axxx suited to the A in my preflop flatting and flop flatting range.

I never get called by worse, but I am getting a little protection.

I don't think I am "ever" getting x-r, as I expect him to barrel with nut flush and nut flush blocker.

QJXX is a pretty likely hand, as he opened UTG and I don't have a Q or J. I think he can fold this hand by the river.

So can I play exploitable here and just start turning the weaker end of my range up to hands as strong as the low str8 into bluffs?
