Turned top set, drawy board 3 way

BN: $97.01 (Hero)
SB: $414.85
BB: $98.25
UTG: $36.77
HJ: $105.53
CO: $55.10
UTG is unknown, MP is a 56/33 after 10 hands, seems passive.
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K 9 K 5
UTG raises to $1.75, HJ calls $1.75, CO folds, Hero calls $1.75, SB folds, BB folds
Since UTG is unknown I decide to flat, plsu my KK arent that great
Flop ($6.00) 9 4 Q (3 Players)
UTG bets $2, HJ calls $2, Hero calls $2
I elect to just call here given my back door stuff
Turn ($12.00) 9 4 Q K (3 Players)
UTG bets $4, HJ calls $4, Hero raises to $12, UTG raises to $33.02, and is all in, HJ folds, Hero calls $21.02
I think that UTG either has JTxx or some random hand. MP looks like he has a flush draw so I elect to raise, hoping to get it in with the short stack and to fold out the MPs draw, if he shoves I'm going to fold.

Thoughts on my thought process throughout the hand?
River ($86.04) 9 4 Q K 4 (2 Players)
Final Pot
UTG has J J T J Hero has K 9 K 5 Hero wins $79.54
