Turn spot::Villain representing nuts - call or shove?

CO: $97.70
BN: $63.40
SB: $93
BB: $35
UTG: $24.50
HJ: $133.05 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 8 A 3 8
UTG folds, Hero calls $0.50, BN folds, SB folds, BB checks
I am limping as people play pot-pot-pot pre so I want to fold my speculative hand in that spot.
Flop ($1.25) J 8 Q (3 Players)
BB bets $0.50, Hero raises to $2.75, BB calls $2.25
Dream flop... It couldn't be better. Standard re raise from me - easy call from BB.
Turn ($6.75) J 8 Q 5 (3 Players)
BB bets $6.75
He is telling me here he has nuts (as I see it).
Is there any possible reason that I don't pot it here, odds are 61,4 vs 38,6 in Villain's favour when he has 9T?
Thanks all.
