I think its really close between x and bet, but I feel that I am just ahead enough of his range to bet here:
His range: Tens w sidecards, nutFDs(with 1pair max), overpairs.

FDs are busted-so betting or checking behind does not make a difference
overpairs will fold to a bet, if I check I lose
tens will checkcall, I lose
So it all comes down to the ratio of Tens vs Overpairs in his Range, to determine wether I should turn my hand into a bluff on the river.
I decided that 2 tens on the board make overpairs more likely than tens, so I bet
