Do you have any player reads?
If you think there's a reasonable chance this flop checks through then you should be leading. With such a strong hand you want to build a pot.
The turn raise is very odd since you'd think that the preflop raiser would have cbet any decent wrap on this flop. Unfortunately, however he got there, now that he's raising he's pretty certain to have a straight. You're not really getting immediate odds to call, so the prudent play would be to fold. Here's where player reads would be helpful, for example if you think he's spazzing with something other than a straight, or whether he'll pay off a large river bet when you get there. But in general, I think your best option is to give this one up.
