Turn AA into bluff SB vs BB?

Sorry for the formatting here; DriveHUD isn't giving me the proper raw HH to import into RIO.

HERO (SB, $244.62)
BB ($164.49) [VPIP: 30.1% | PFR: 22.6% | AGG: 50% | 3-Bet: 9.5% | Hands: 135]

BB and I actually had developed a pretty interesting dynamic
blind-vs-blind. They would raise or reraise most of my SB VPIPs, so I
think they were definitely trying to take control in position.

Dealt to Hero: Qs Ac 6h Ad

CO Folds, BTN Folds, HERO Raises To $3, BB Calls $2

Opening AA, nbd. Could have gone for a limp/reraise given the history
with villain, but eh.

Hero SPR on Flop: [26.92 effective]
Flop ($6.00): 8s 5c 3d
HERO Checks, BB Bets $5.70 (Rem. Stack: 155.79), HERO Calls $5.70 (Rem. Stack: 235.92)

Just kind of a dry, nothing flop. I decided to check/call as I pretty
much don't flop or block anything, but folding here feels too tight
(not that it's off the table). Kinda just trying to realize my equity.

Turn ($17.40): 8s 5c 3d 2h
HERO Checks, BB Bets $12.39 (Rem. Stack: 143.40), HERO?

It's an interesting situation, because I block both A4 and 64 (the
former pretty hard) and BB just shouldn't have a ton of high-equity,
high-visibility hands here. For those reasons combined with my own
poor visibility, I feel like going for a bluff check/raise makes some
sense in this spot... what do you think?
