TTP dilemma

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $2.73
SB: $20.34
BB: $15.28 (Hero)
UTG: $11.30
MP: $12.53
CO: $81.59
Players are unknow (under 5 hands). CO was playing on 1 table (zoom)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with 4 6 9 A
2 folds, CO raises to $0.35, BN folds, SB calls $0.30, Hero calls $0.25
Standard defend.
Flop ($1.05) A 6 2
SB checks, Hero bets $0.81, CO raises to $3.44, SB folds, Hero folds
I wanted to defend vs Axxx type of hands with are very likely to check back this flop so I played a donk bet.
Final Pot CO wins $2.56
Rake is $0.11

At first CO is showing a lot of strength becouse is 3-way pot. The problem is that he is unknown and that we are deep. I do not know his range from CO, his Rasie donk bet etc.

I do not like call becuse a lot of cards are bad for our hand and on dimand I have to stackoff with 9hi flush draw.

Would you consider raise/folding or other line here?

Regards,
Mihalenko
