TP+NFD+GS Turn barrel and possible river decision

MP: $11.34
CO: $15.03 (Hero)
BN: $10.61
SB: $8.68
BB: $10.39
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with 9 8 A J
UTG raises to $0.35, MP folds, Hero calls $0.35, 2 folds, BB calls $0.25
Flop ($1.10) 5 7 A
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $0.80, BB folds, UTG calls $0.80
Turn ($2.70) 5 7 A 3
UTG checks, Hero bets $2.20, UTG folds
Final Pot CO wins $2.59
Rake is $0.11

I think that turn barrel is good, villain is quite solid and havent seen him get out of the line.
I can could go with much smaller turn bet, since he cannot stand any heat with any Axxx and im not i have NFD, such bet and possibly face a river shove.

well, thats that but what if he calls and river brick with no club and no str8, ofc there can be 46 OTT but that is very unlikely that kinda solid UTG range would have one. So when i elect to barrel turn i should almost always ship the river? especially when some scare card come like 4,8,9 or something.

All in all i think we have a range advantage here and should go for 3barrel. any thoughts?
