After 200hands villain seems really aggro (high aggresion factors on all streets). What are you doing on turn ?
First what is his range ? Really really rarely bare 67 I suppose, but 67 with little redraw like 5678 or 67Tx more than likely. Can he bluff here with blockers ? Dunno.
Flop std call but what are we going to do on turn. Are you calling here ? Keep in mind that he still has 140$ behind after turn bet!

Yeah, I don't think you need to be betting flop this big. Like 9 is fine.
As played call turn. I don't think any other option is really viable.
its 4 way to the flop on a board that doesn't hit our range at all. Wouldnt it be better to develop a x/c and a x/r range here? Keeps the range of villains in hand wider and our range less defined. I think your range is too faced up if you just called the flop.
