My Ten blocker is relevant here i think. I have no reads on opponent and not sure if he's going be value betting merged with AAa. For the most part i think he can still do this with his range where the Ace strengthen his overall range a lot .With That said his 3 betting range that possible would have double suited low run downs that pretty much fits very well as bluffs here. His timing was pretty fast as well not sure what to make out of it. Flip a coin and call/fold here??

I don't think the T blocker is very relevant here. It's pretty hard for you to have the straight. You'd have to have KQT[J,7,3] or K:cc, which... of course you'd also play this way, but you have lots of other hands that end up being just middle two pair here. For that reason, I think AA is a snap value bet for the BB, not even thinking about it. KK/AK probably also, though you're blocking that a bit. AJ may be pushing it, but wouldn't be crazy or anything, and given the timing he's very possibly not betting AJ.
It's also a spot where ranges are very asymmetric, so any MDF calculations are sure to break down.
This should be a fairly easy fold OTR, I dont see enough bluffs here.
T blocker is less relevant because it is a club. His wrap+FDs are more likely to continue on turn than naked wrap/straight draw.
I think calling river is awful and we either need to pot as a bluff or fold. Fold should be fine
