tough river spot

Villian is an aggro reg over 2k hands. vpip=42, pfr=33 3b=13% 3b vs btn=17 fold fcb= 47 afq=58, cbet river in non 3bet pots (15/26) 58%. I don't have super strong reads but when he calls the flop and donks the turn, I assume his only value range is the nut flush, 35, and some 93's. I think he raises all sets, aa or kk+ high flush draw, all his 95's and some of his 93's on the flop. His donkbet is very low so I'm confused when he donks this turn. I feel like he'll be ck/calling his aa+a blocker on the turn a decent % of the time. I just hero called him on a 3rd barrel and he showed the nuts, but still get the sneaking suspicion he thinks I fold too many rivers.

I'd start by checking the flop since villains allow us to take a free card. Our hand is vulnerable and can't stand a raise, nor will you fold away many better hands. So I'd settle with taking the free card and see what turn brings. As played, I would fold the river. Villain's line is boats, nut flushes and some random airballs, but I don't think those are a major part of his range.

I hate these strange lines...

Here are some thoughts:

If Villain has AA / KK + hearts, it is likely he would have just bet the flop.

If Villain holds nut hearts, it is more likely that we have a boat, so 2 barrels is strange.

If Villain has air, he would probably chk / raise the turn, or just give up.

If Villain has a boat, it is likely we have hearts, so 2 barrels makes sense.

IF Villain has 2 pair on the flop, I think he plays it this way when we are this deep.

If Villain has a set on the flop, I think he goes for chk / raise when we are this deep.

I would unhappily fold the river. (probably while using expletives)

I don't think it's such a hard fold. He could def play some of his OP's this way, and from my experience people don't bluff here, and it looks like we have something bluff-catch worthy (and he's still betting).

He seems like potentially a bad LAG, but even against those players I still find we run into it quite often. Still isn't entirely impossible for him to have random boats in his range.

I think most people who take this line show up with the A-blocker most of the time. How is his hand big enough to bet the turn OOP after c/c flop? What are you, a player who folds too many rivers, supposed to be able to call with twice?
