villain is a very aggro reg, playing 36/25  3b=10,4%. he 3bets me about 12-15% blinds vs btn, but according to my hud he doesnt 3b me a lot sb vs co. ive seen him 3b some really junky hands oop that makes me suspect that he doesnt understand hand values properly....or he makes his decision more on feel (game dynamics and how wide im opening).

A) i chose to bet smaller otf, i have both weak hands and strong hands in my range when i bet this size. do you think its a mistake to bet this size with this or any hands? i feel like we have a lot of 1pair+gutter type hands that would want to bet small (minimize loss when facing a c-r) so they can keep the spr higher and take advantage of future barreling opportunities. an aggro reg that is capable of c-ring here more than most and has a range that should be elastic depending on my size makes me wanna bet small with some strong hands. but perhaps its my Holdem genes that refuse to die....and all were doing is giving him better implied odds (to hit str8s/better 2p). maybe ppl at these stakes arent as creative as i think, and that if theyre given a good price theyll call instead of raising even tho my range is wide? do you think we widen his c-ring range otf (enough for us to want to bet small)?

B) he probably c-r most/all NFDs and most hands that do well vs a str8/NFD-range. so were looking at str8draws/mid fds/pair+backdoors. should we bet this turn? and if so, how much?
