UTG: $351.25
HJ: $297.01

Hero checks, BN bets $48.37, Hero raises to $124, BN calls $75.63
River ($326.38) T Q 6 6 K (2 Players)

This hand if versus a LAG reg who is playing 38/28/9. He has a fairly high fold to c-bet % at 58% and only raises flops 10%.

I think the flop b-c is fairly standard this deep. I decided to check-raise to the turn because our hand blocks a lot of set combos, so his range should be weighted towards draws here and would like to get more value, and protect my hand. I think I can still credibly rep Q's or T's full here and continuing with draws shouldn't be too attractive for him considering he can be drawing dead. What do you think of my sizing? If I did have Q's full I would obviously like to raise small to entice draws to continue.

Another option I suppose is to c/c the turn and c/c blank rivers, and c/f draw completing rivers but it feels like a worse option than the line I took. Thoughts?

On the river, I'm not entirely sure if people will continue vs this c/r with their draws here so I was pretty unsure about what to do on the river. Should we turn our top two into a bluff here and continue repping Q's or T's full, or just c/f?

maybe im being a nit but without a bdfd or nut gutshot i think its a fold without a clear plan. you say he doesnt raise cbets or flop that often, so i think that pushes it even closer to a fold; his raising range seems quite value driven given its 10%. given a larger raise sizing i think its fine to 3bet the flop as a bluff to fold out lower fds/KJ combos.

This villian just too likely to have your hand crushed, or have us folding too many turn/riv combos since you seem bent on giving him a lot of draws, youre folding nearly 50% of turn/river combos blindly and scratching your head on others.

as played i xc turn unless i know hes seen me x/r here with boats to barrel off. if youre betting river, river is a bomb as he has a fairly strong range to continue and youre giving him such a good price to hope youre x rivers.  ~292

bc this hand doesnt stand much of resistance in my mind, i actually like it in my xc range

Why do you check turn? To me he seems like a nit. I would bet turn and give up on river - A nit is never gonna call fd's, SD's etc. on a paired turn.

As played you have to shoot the river big (close to potsize).

To lead the turn in this spot would look very bluffy imo. If we actually had QQ or TT here, why would we suddenly want to take the betting initiative away from him when he has already represented strength on the flop? I don't think we're actually going to get many folds on the turn taking this line at all.

i like the x/r on the turn to make him fold incorrectly with a hand like KJTx. As played I think you have to bet the river. Just make sure you are playing your value hands the same way as well

@PLac730

Wow.
I totally misread the hand i thought we were the ones who raised on the flop.

Then i just ch/fold turn.

As played like i wrote in earlier post bet big.
