SB and BB are both pretty bad so far, SB loose player 77/30 over first 13 hands shown stuff like 244Jss, BB 81/58/44 over 60 hands.

Flop pretty standard Cbet for value, probably should have sized bigger but the turn was where it got interesting for me. I think that I need to raise on the turn, sucks when we run into the 23 since with two players they both probably block some of our outs. The issue that I had with calling was that we have poor viability on the turn every card that does not improve our hands makes some sort of straight (excpet nine) and these guys have been pretty loose post flop.
