Janne played 25/50, where rake has absolutely different role than it has in plo 1/2 when it comes to blind defend.

Keep in mind small stakes players play considerably worse then 25/50 players. So possible gains of EV postflop are higher. This of course assumes you can outplay your villain post which is sometimes easier said then done. Not saying it completely makes up for it but I mostly agree with Janne in the video. Maybe not as wide as he s suggesting but def looking to defend a lot.
