I wanted to weigh in here in the hopes that I might be able to offer a bit of clarity to your situation. I certainly understand the frustration and unfortunately we (Run It Once) find ourselves in the same one with regard to an inability to reach Tom. I last chatted with Tom at the end of 2017 regarding a few videos he submitted ahead of schedule and discussed content for future video series. He indicated that he would implement those ideas in the new year. Unfortunately that was the last time we heard from him despite numerous attempts to try to contact him over the last 8 months or so.

I realize this likely doesn't provide the clarity you were looking for but just wanted to be transparent and make it clear that we have not been able to contact Tom for the same period of time that it seems his PLO students have been trying to.

I also want to say that we loved having Tom as part of the RIO team. We hope all is well with him and that he's able to sort everything out with his students.

Hi, im one of the students, i want to add that we as group have been able a few times to get "answers" from Tom in out slack chat so not sure why he is not responding to you guys ( RIO), funny enough every time we get a reply its something along the lines of.. ill be processing refunds soon (albeit he is not offering a full refund which i think its wrong when is a package deal we bough and was not completed, not even 1/3, due to the coach personal issues).. last reply was over 48 hours ago where he stated he is moving money to PayPal/skrill... im not a PayPal user but im a frequent skrill user, it has never taken me over 24 hours to fund skrill.. anyways it seems strange to me that he reply to us (rarely to be honest) but still hasn't gotten in contact with you guys, in his RIO coaching profile there is still advertising for his coaching and books and i think this should not be there until this issue is cleared and rectified, for the protection of your customers.

im a big fan of his content and thats why i decided to book his coaching and i think his videos are still very good, but as i said i do believe anything regarding coaching should be removed from his RIO page for now.

It is disheartening to see the team continue to release his content given this situation.

Agreed, Mikey Stotz even upswing when they posted an article wrote by him I directed them to the 2+2 threath and replied “we will remove the links to his website from his author bio until that issue is sorted out” I do believe that still publishing his videos and directing people to him it’s kind of messed up for RIO member like us...

he probably lost all the coaching money trying to beat 50z

I want to follow up here because I realize that my previous post on this subject omitted a few key points.

Tom submitted a number of videos ahead of schedule as he had a detailed outline for his videos and wanted to continue his train of thought and record them together. We approved this idea given his track record with us. Tom was paid for these videos upon submitting them to us, not when we released them.

I want to reiterate that we haven't heard from Tom in nearly 10 months, nor have we paid him anything beyond the videos he submitted in bulk some time ago.

We discussed as a team whether to release the remainder of Tom's videos given the situation. Ultimately, we decided to release these videos as they had already been paid for and they were the final parts of a longer series that we felt deserved a conclusion.

We currently have two unreleased videos from Tom. We will be releasing these videos as bonus videos (on top of the two released that day) sometime in the next month in an effort to bring his series to a conclusion. We also deleted any references to Tom's coaching on his Run It Once profile. I'm definitely open to any additional ideas that the community has in order to make sure everyone is aware of the current situation.

Mikey Stotz that’s fair, his content is usually very good and I don’t mind learning from it the only sad part about it it’s not being able to ask any questions or get any interaction but I do understand that’s out of your guys control .

We do appreciate you guys deleting the reference on RIO to his coaching site.

In regards the additional ideas I think it would be good for RIO to make this matter public to none Rio users trough 2+2 and twitter , if you guys need prove I can provide screenshots of emails and slack but I do believe posting from RIO will bring more attention than individual post as the one I did myself
