Thoughts on 3 way flop spot, squeezed in the middle, srp

Blinds: $2.50/$5.00 (6 Players) BN: $529.00 (Hero)
SB: $744.16
BB: $739.70
UTG: $507.50
MP: $4559.80
CO: $383.44
Preflop ($7.50) Hero is BN with T 6 A 9
2 folds, CO raises to $17.50, Hero calls $17.50, SB calls $15.00, BB folds
Flop ($57.50) T 2 3
SB checks, CO bets $45.00, Hero raises to $130.00, SB folds, CO folds

CO is a 50/30 recreational player over 200 hands and opens 50% from CO. SB is good reg and RIO poster.

My thoughts:
I think that raising (with the intention of calling vs CO and folding vs SB) is the play.
a) while we never get called by worse, I think we can potentially get SB and CO to fold better
b) even vs a 3b shove from the CO we can call (we need 30% and have around 35% vs a tightish range of AA+,T+:A4+,a45+)
c) SB's range has a lot of JJ-KK and TXXX rundowns that we would love to fold out (somewhere between 20-40%)
d) it might be hard to realize our equity even though we are in position, as we have to fold away a lot of equity on all turns that don't give us trips or 2p

Questions:
1- what do you think about raising here in general
2- what constraints make it better/worse
3- what do you do in SB or BB shoes vs this raise

Thanks
