Theory question: Betsizing on turn with a strong range

BB: $100
UTG: $149.70
HJ: $371.69 (Hero)
CO: $493.39
BN: $12.26
SB: $230.78
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q J J 9
UTG folds, Hero raises to $5, CO calls $5, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($13.00) 2 J 9 (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $8.32, Hero raises to $34, CO calls $25.68
Turn ($81.00) 2 J 9 2 (2 Players)
Hero bets
I decide to mix it up and XR the flop instead of cbetting. The turn is a 2d completing flush and FH. This is obvious a very good card for my range. My question is: How should I be thinking about bet sizing in this spot??

Imo I have 2 options:

1) Since it is obv a good card for my range and he can't have much to call with I can just bet small with my whole range which allows me to take it down with air at a cheap price and also make a mistake against my actual hand.

2) I can think of this as a 2 street nuts or nothing game allowing me to bet full pot here 5 times for each 4 times (GTO-wise) I actually have a (JJ,99). I will obv get a lot of folds in this spot but it protects my overall game plan oop of building strong nutty ranges and maximizing my leverage with those with big bets.

What is the best betsize with my entire range? Or can I utilize both sizes depending on my sidecards? (I also have a blocker to 99).

What if the turn was a 2c instead of 2d, so that I don't completely crush the board?
