Theory, AA and NFD in 3 bet pot in position on straight board.

BN: $151.65 (Hero)
SB: $204.71
BB: $51.50
HJ: $161.74
CO: $179.61
Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt 9 6 A A
HJ folds, CO raises to $3, Hero raises to $10.50, SB folds, BB folds, CO calls $7.50
Flop ($22.50) 5 4 6 (2 Players)
CO checks

Preflop is obviously standard.

What is a GTO line on the flop and how does it differ with stack sizes?

With 100bb I think we should be more inclined to bet and jam over a raise, with say 250bb+ we should be more inclined to bet/call the flop and play turns in position. But with 150bb like in this hand both of those options are awkward, 150bb seems like it's to little to bet/call and play turns and to much to bet / get it in if he raises.
