Been transitioning to midstakes PLO from NLHE for a few months now but when I have a bad session it's still hard to tell whether it's because I'm making mistakes or because the game is so swingy. So hoped to get some info on what kind of buyin swings should I expect playing PLO200 and PLO500 zoom on stars?
Generally with NLHE I was of the "play through the downswing" mentality but knew if I got down over 12 buying or so it was just never my day and would quit. What kind of stop loss do you plo pros think is good for a day? And how many buyins could you lose in a month before you say ok this ain't a downswing I'm playing bad, over 50?

Generally in NLHE I went with 50 buyins as a bankroll, you think making it 100 for those PLO games is enough?
