Suggestions on where to play online? (american player) and stuff

Right now I play on a skin of the cake network. I don't get rake back because its thru a local "internet cafe" and they pay you out directly (no waiting months for checks)

I play 6max. 50 cent dollar and 1/2. What are some reasonable expectations for earn rates at these stakes?

Any other sites I can look towards for better PLO action?
