Strange riverspot at low SPR with underboat vs LP

Villain is 55/6, opens ~15% in the CO, yet has 4bet only once over 1,4K hands.
Flop and turn should be kinda standard, this hand is propably the worst hand I'm valuebetting the turn with.
Now the river gets kinda funny, I have no idea how he is gonna handle the spot with his range, I guess he is not folding flushes if he had slowplayed one. All options are kind of viable for us, SPR is 0,4 yet I have no idea what the best line might be here, the spot just feels really awkward.
