Should I be check raising and thoughts on river lead?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) SB: $8.99
BB: $10.00 (Hero)
UTG: $17.19
CO: $6.62
BN: $10.00
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with Q K 6 A
UTG calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10, BN calls $0.10, SB calls $0.05, Hero checks
Flop ($0.50) T 7 Q
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets $0.36, CO folds, BN folds, SB folds, Hero calls $0.36
Turn ($1.22) T 7 Q K
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.95, Hero calls $0.95
River ($3.12) T 7 Q K 9
Hero bets $2.31, UTG folds
Final Pot BB wins $2.97
Rake is $0.15

On the flop I have the nut flush draw and a gutshot. Should I be check raising here? No stats on villan and on river was unsure if I should bet or check raise if bet in to. Appreciate any thoughts.

I don't see much value in check-raising the flop with a small limped pot, I usually only do that if I can get my whole stack in on the flop. Definitely if you had made a 1/2-full pot bet pre-flop with lots of callers, which is why I won't play limped pots with a nutty hand.

Check calling flop is fine, turn is also a check/call and you need to lead the river otherwise they just check back too often. This way you can get some value from smaller flushes or maybe even from some non-believers who call you with straights or sets or something like that.

Betting turn would be just suicidal, you don`t want to get your money in with 30% of EQ against sets and nut straight.
