On the flop I have the nut flush draw and a gutshot. Should I be check raising here? No stats on villan and on river was unsure if I should bet or check raise if bet in to. Appreciate any thoughts.

I don't see much value in check-raising the flop with a small limped pot, I usually only do that if I can get my whole stack in on the flop. Definitely if you had made a 1/2-full pot bet pre-flop with lots of callers, which is why I won't play limped pots with a nutty hand.
Check calling flop is fine, turn is also a check/call and you need to lead the river otherwise they just check back too often. This way you can get some value from smaller flushes or maybe even from some non-believers who call you with straights or sets or something like that.
Raise pre. As played: lead flop, bet/call turn, if not raised OTT, bet if improved, check decide if not
Betting turn would be just suicidal, you don`t want to get your money in with 30% of EQ against sets and nut straight.
Agree with pot pre, and then easy pot OTF.
As played wp OP
Ty for the comments will look at raising more pre
