SH 100plo - opportunity for loose pre flop call (mway, 230bbs deep)

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) BN: $100.00
SB: $149.89
BB: $233.62 (Hero)
UTG: $210.00
MP: $410.67
CO: $262.61
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is BB with J J 5 6
UTG folds, MP raises to $3.50, CO raises to $12.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $11.00, MP raises to $48.50, CO calls $36.50, Hero

There's a crazy casual player apparently on massive tilt (CO) who is
playing 90/47/14 (3b) and is stacking off incredibly light post flop (like, just stacked off 100bbs w/ dry 2nd pair vs OR in 3b pot). So, good implieds.

OR is a solid, aggressive reg (32/21/5) who knows my game fairly well.

Given stacks and position, this seems like it can be a justifiably loose pre flop call. I wouldn't overcall JJ58s but I would with TT45s (I think that's the bottom).

The thing is that OR always going to 4b top of his range here for value and isolation, we're just not sure if the whale is going to 5b. He has pulled this move before without 5-betting twice, but both instances heads up.

Thoughts? Am I just overthinking a -EV spot bc of circumstances?

What would be the bottom of your over-cold calling range here after you make the first loose call?
