Villain is a reg who is capable of 3-barrel bluffs.
I'm not sure why he's betting so small on the turn.
I think he does that only with AA with spades or a boat.
He may also be setting up a river shove as a bluff.

If he has AA with the Ace of spades he has SDV and has no reason to bluff river once I check to him.
Can I ever fold my hand here, given I'm probably bluff-catching?
