I have nut gutter, OP, 2 bdfds, for me it was more than enough to lead and scare them...
More important, its very hard that someone flopped straight here on such board....
I am not worried about UTG.
Now BN min-raises and it looks to me like stealing pot, otherwise he would bet ~ 3/4 pot let's say...

I bet my set here having blockers for nut straight..
I think I had plan to bet-fold in the beginning ( do you agree with me here?) ,
but then I faced:
- double min-raise again, it was weird to me ( flop- turn - river reactions of opponent)
- I think he can not reraise w/ 64 here and it's hard for him that he has 68 when I have 88
So I needed to add only additional $7,86 not more to see if I have better hand or not....
