We have a small sample on BB of 19 hands in which he plays 11/11(we go completely readless) but i think AAxx is on top of his range here(would love to read your thoughts though)

I would bet flop ~>1/2 pot in this example as BB, having naked KK, or AAKBhh hand.
I am not too excited with this flop (bottom 2 with nut gutter on flop with 2 hearts) and I would be thinking to MAYBE call in ring game (depends lot upon opponent), but in rush poker - I am folding it without thinking as people are somewhat tighter in rush, and their (3-betting pre + c-betting flop OOP) range is pretty narrow as I see it..
I would fold, escape cheaply and move on.
First things first, AA can't be the top of his range even if it's all he 3-bets because he gets side cards and they could be KK for all we know.
However, with regards to how to play this hand, I have two comments:
1) The preflop open is a little loose. It's not terrible 'cas you're double-suited, but in general I'd probably be folding this hand more often than not, especially at a table where I had no reads.
2) We have position so I would call once here. There's a decent chance villain will shut down, thus allowing us to realise our equity/potentially use some cards to push him off whatever equity he has. It's also nice that he hasn't made it very expensive for us.
Note: I edited this post 'cas I originally treated us as if we were OOP postflop which was dumb.
With regards to postflop, yes. Which is awkward given I knew where we were pre. Given we have position, I'd call.
c/f seems to be ok here. not sure about donk option...
it would be more interesting to hear thoughts on HU spot (same but w\o SB)
