Rush PLO: Do people bluff rivers?

SB: BLAGODARU: $43.21
BB: Alfred19541: $126.80
UTG: greeb777: $29.55
HJ: OMGClayisAcking: $49.53
CO: PinkPanther05: $25
BN: 5carab: $26.38
No reads. Less than 10 hands on anyone in PT3.
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
5carab was dealt K A Q J
greeb777 raises to $0.50, OMGClayisAcking folds, PinkPanther05 folds, 5carab calls $0.50, BLAGODARU folds, Alfred19541 calls $0.25
I shoulda 3-bet, wasn't concentrating. I try to 3-bet UTG raises not that widely, but a min-raise and having this strong a hand OTB, clearly I made an error here. That said, given I make the nuts a lot, I guess inviting action can't hurt THAT much.
Flop ($1.60) K 3 5 (3 Players)
Alfred19541 checks, greeb777 checks, 5carab bets $1.25, Alfred19541 calls $1.25, greeb777 folds
Seems standard.
Turn ($4.10) K 3 A 5 (2 Players)
Alfred19541 checks, 5carab bets $2.50, Alfred19541 calls $2.50
I hate my sizing, I think this bet was significantly too small (shoulda bet like $3.25). Unsure how to react to a check/raise, but at the time I was intending to sigh-fold 'cas I wasn't prepared to hero twice.
River ($9.10) K 3 A 5 8 (2 Players)
Alfred19541 bets $6.90
Now what? Part of me was thinking that the K flush is a very plausible hand for him to show up with in this spot. C/c flop w/ a pair, c/c turn having added a draw to said pair and now betting for value. The other half was thinking I had the Js which removes some flush combos, the bet isn't pot giving me a good price and it's a kinda scary(ish) card so a decent one to bluff w/ like 467 which missed (the only flop draw). I also thought the fact he started the hand w/ 5 buyins meant he was more likely to bluff, not because he has money to burn, but because it's hard to accrue a stack like that without having some sort of aggression in your game. However, I don't know how wide people bluff rivers so was wondering if I was giving villains credit for trying stuff I'd consider when they are just playing their hands. Comments on all streets welcome, obviously.
