I assume betting turn is standard?
What do we do on river?
Villian is standard reg

bump.
You can't be serious bumping an 1day old thread..
Other than that, I don't believe there is a "standard reg" in any stakes of PLO, everybody has different tendencies and manners in playing their hands, even having similar preflop stats.
That said, having no idea of your table image, your plan for rivers after betting turn and your assumpions on the villain I doubt I will be able to help you at this point.
Tough to fold river w/ a QFlush here imo for that price. Given I believe there's a non-zero chance he's value-cutting himself, I call (but then I'm a bit of a river station).
My thinking for what its worth (might not be worth that much)
I am not sure that betting the turn is standard. My inclination would be to check more often than not. A bet doesn't get called by many worse hands and we don't need to protect our hand against much, it would appear to be a reasonable hand to put in our check calling range.
I think the river is a pretty clear cut call. Getting 2.7 - 1. There aren't many full house combos he can have. We block TT (he might raise the turn) and K4 (not a huge number of those hands he calls with preflop). I think he could easily be value betting a lower flush or choose to turn KQJ or similar into a bluff.
He almost never has a foull house here since KK,TT raises flop and we have KT blocker. Easy rivercall since the straight misses. I would also c/c to let him bluff his busted straight.
