River shove w Straight on Paired Board (PLO 0.10/0.20 - 6max)

Hi, what do you think about this hand?

** €20 Max [Omaha] (0.10|0.20 PL - Cash Game)

VILLAIN sitting in seat 1 with €21.72[BU]
SB sitting in seat 2 with €21.63
HERO sitting in seat 3 (BB) with €20
SB posted the small blind - €0.10
HERO posted the big blind - €0.20

** Dealing cards to HERO: Jh, 10h, Js, 6s
BU raised to €0.70
SB folded
HERO called - €0.50

** Dealing the flop: 8h, Qc, 9h
HERO checked
BU bet - €1
HERO raised to €3.80
BU called - €2.80

** Dealing the turn: 2c
HERO bet - €4.50
BU called - €4.50

** Dealing the river: 2d
HERO went all-in - €11
BU called - €11

Most of the loosing hands probably won´t call my shove here, but i would play it the same way with the nuts (maybe with bigger raises OTF + OTT), so i´m not sure if it´s a good line or not.

I´m grateful for every advice

You don't get called by worse and you even blocke a fd.+ villain is more likely to bet a set than a fd otf. X/folding river.

If I have counted correctly there's 9.1 euro in the pot on the turn and 2 flush draws. And you have 15.5 euros, so I think it's best to just pot it; you have the nuts and possibly your flush draw may be live.

As played I think it's to cheap to call the river. And since I would be calling the river I might as well shove myself. There's still some flush draws, straights and sometimes I see 2 pairs in his range.

Yeah, def bet bigger OTT. No need to put imo. Might scare him off + we block 2 flush outs. I'd go like 80%. If he's bad and can't fold a set/good draw for sure I'd go bigger.

OTR, the logic 'I would call a shove so I can shove myself' is way off. If we check he can shove busted flushdraws which he won't call a shove with. By shoving we get value from hands he would check back. Since hes not gonna call us with worse than a boat our shove is as -EV as possible. He would have to call with worse >50% (which he doesnt) or fold better hands (which he doesnt).
I never claim to know the perfect answer for a hand as a principle, but I can't think of any possibility that shoving the river isnt burning money.

Don't know what I was thinking with that logic with the shove. It's obvious we can't get him off a straight anyway. I think it's a good check/call this cheap.
