Is this a correct fold on the river?

Why do we raise turn against a presumably normally passive player (as shown by the limping) after he donks twice?
For value, given that I assume (maybe wrongly) this type of player would keep potting a set given how volatile board is...
We don't block any of his turn drawing range that would now be bluffing the river (mid-high spades, as well as 9, T, J) and we're pretty high up in our range so I'd say this is a call. Also given this line it's very unlikely that our opponent has a set, so his value range is very narrow.
The stats would be somewhat worrisome, as this player type is less likely to bluff, but it's only 20 hands so it can be ignored for sure.
