I've been working through the RFI ranges on the PLO FTGU course and are unsure exactly on what a few specific categories rank in the opening requirements.

Categories
A + pair + connected card like ATT9-A554
Pair with connected cards 9987 - 3345
King high flush with 3 separate perfect connected cards K987 - K654

The ATT9ds I can see being a clear open with a strong broadway pair and connectivity and could be opened in any position. ATT8? ATT7? in EP or MP? now what about A998 to A554 should all of these be opened in co / but? Can these just be single nut suited on the but or co?

Should the pair with connected cards be grouped similar to double suited rundowns. I know the higher the pair the better blocker effects you can have on higher straights so 9987 is much better then 7789 but where do you draw the line? can these hands be opened on the co single suited and the but and sb?

the king high flush and separate perfect connected cards i'm not sure where to open them from. I would open them from the co/bu/sb but not sure where to draw the line or not at all with mp and ep.

Any help on these or thoughts would be much appreciated.
