Refining turn ranges oop
So, I've noticed I don't have a clear delineation of what should be in turn barrel vs. check-call or check-raise range. (Overall my oop 3b seens too high at ~11% [10% in sb and 13% in bb]. Thoughts welcome on what a standard 3b % is here).
With that 11% range I'm generally c-betting the bottom and top of my range and check-calling some of that middle chunk that flops decent equity but can't get in 80-100bbs yet.
With the cbet range, I'm not clear on when we should be check-calling or check-raising when turn is blank or improves us.
For example, 3betting AKKx ds from the sb vs an (active) MP raiser. C-bet flop Qs Js Kx and turn is Jx. Vs. a tighter player I don't mind barreling, but vs. an active/aggressive player I'm wondering if I should be taking check-call, check-raise line more often here. What factors are people considering most to decide whether to set up aggressive river action vs. simply barrelling away?
Thoughts? Hopefully this post makes sense.
