Depends on how quickly u absorb information and how quickly you are able to apply it properly (there are great players who are slow learners and below avg players who are quick learners) and the quality of the average game on the way up and thru 200plo.

Id guess between 1-2yrs starting from the basics.

If you really apply yourself  that is (training sites, forum, off the table analysis, coach etc). I spent a year just playing at 1/1 2/2 not learning much :)
